Weekly bookings
Bookings are taken on a weekly basis (usually Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday).
Short Breaks
Shorter stays can be booked (by special arrangement). Three nights is the minimum stay for short breaks. We do not offer short stays in July/August (high season).
Arrival / Departure
Arrival time is 14.30hrs and departure time is 10.30hrs. These times may be flexible, please enquire. We ask you to please leave the property as clean and tidy as possible.
Prices include:
- Broadband, gas and electricity in the summer months*
- All linen, including kitchen and bathroom towels (and changed weekly)
- Beach towels are also provided
- The cottage is cleaned weekly
Deposit
Booking will be confirmed by returning the Booking Form signed and with a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 (the booking fee). TT fortnight deposit £600. Motorsport week deposit £300.00/week. The outstanding balance is to be paid six weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is made less than six weeks prior to arrival, the full price is payable on booking.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £200.00 in the form of a cheque, is required with your booking. The cheque will be not be cashed (or the bank transfer will be refunded) and returned to you after your holiday, as long as no damage occurs during your stay.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your booking within six weeks of your arrival date, you will be liable for the full balance due unless we can re-book the cottage. The booking deposit is non refundable.
Payment
We accept debit and credit card payments, cheques and bank transfers.
