We regret, due to Roy Cottage being a traditional three storey Manx fisherman’s cottage, that is not suitable for people with physical disabilities. You may wish to read through our Access Statement.

The kitchen is very modern and well equipped with good quality appliances, fittings and crockery including oven and separate hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machine.
Other equipment and facilities you’d expect include: microwave, refrigerator, toaster and pantry items.
The dining area seats up to 4 and has a digital television.
The lounge has a digital television with DVD player with a selection of DVDs and books. It has two sofas including one sofa bed.
Roy Cottage has one double bedroom, with a top end King sized luxury bed, which is extremely comfortable. Please note that the bed is against the wall, but there is access out at the end of the bed.
There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers, plenty of room to hand and pack away clothes. In the wardrobe you will find a hairdryer and iron/ironing board. The bedroom is on the same floor as the bathroom.
Roy Cottage has a modern bathroom with a large power shower, toilet and wash basin.
Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided, laundered to hotel standard. For stays of longer than a week, a fresh change of linen and towels will be provided.
